Hermetic chemical pump with magnetic coupling type HCM (polypropylene)

Hermetically sealed chemically resistant pumps with a magnetic coupling of the HCM type are designed for pumping aggressive and neutral liquids with a density of up to 1600 kg/cubic meter, kinematic viscosity up to 30x10-6 m2/s, with a concentration of suspended particles of no more than 1.25 mg/cubic cm, at temperatures from 0 to +80 C.

Maximum pressure at the pump inlet:

• HCM 1/10 - 0.7 atm,
• HCM3/25M - 1.2 atm,
• HCM 9...20 - 1.5 atm.

Pumped media:

• tap water,
• aqueous solutions of TMS,
• solutions based on fluorocarbons
• alkali solutions with a concentration of no more than 30%,
• nitric acid – no more than 40%,
• sulfuric acid - no more than 70%,
• phosphoric acid – no more than 90%,
• hydrochloric acid – no more than 35%,

Design features and advantages:

• The HCM brand pump is centrifugal, tubeless, with a magnetic coupling, which completely eliminates leakage of the pumped liquid.
• The details of the flow part of the pumps are made of polypropylene, fluoroplast and VK95 ceramics, which provides high resistance to aggressive media.
