Operating features of the OLFLEX CLASSIC 110:

Applications of the OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 cable:
- significantly simplifies cable laying in conditions of limited space, due to the optimal outer diameter;
- They meet high electrical requirements, the test voltage is 4 kV.
Application examples of the OLFLEX Classic 110 cable:
- production of industrial equipment, mechanical engineering, heating and air conditioning equipment, power plant equipment, lighting and acoustic systems;
- for both fixed gaskets and gaskets with limited mobility without tensile loads;
- dry or wet rooms, with medium mechanical loads.
OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 cable design:
- conductive conductors made of thin copper wires;
- insulation made of special PVC plastic (PVC LAPP P8/1);
- midwife twisting of veins;
- the outer shell is made of PVC plastic, the color is gray (RAL 7001).
Characteristics of the OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 cable:
- They do not support combustion according to IEC 60332-1-2. Gorenje;
- Good chemical resistance. Vein marking: black veins with white digital marking according to VDE 0293;
- Insulation resistivity:>20 GOhm x cm;
- Core design: flexible cores according to VDE 0295, flexibility class 5 /according to IEC 60228 Class 5;
- Minimum bending radius: limited mobility: 15 x D, fixed gasket: 4 x D;
- Rated voltage: U0/U: 300/500 V;
- Test voltage: 4000 V;
- Grounding conductor: G=with grounding conductor, w/w, X=without grounding conductor;
- Temperature range: limited mobility: -5°C to +70°C, fixed gasket: -40°C to +80°C;
- Complies with VDE standards: VDE-reg. No. 7030 for cables with a number of cores up to 65 on.
