The electric deep-seated manual vibrator with a built-in electric motor is designed for compacting concrete mixtures when laying them in monolithic structures with various degrees of reinforcement in hydraulic engineering, as well as in the manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products for prefabricated construction with a pitch between reinforcement rods of at least 1.5 diameter of the vibrating tip.
The vibrator is powered by an inverter (power 1.5 kW, input voltage 220V, current frequency 50 Hz, output voltage 42 V, current frequency 200 Hz) or a higher-power inverter providing rated voltage during operation of the vibrator.
It is allowed to connect several vibrators to one inverter in accordance with the installed power of the current frequency converter and the vibrator. Their activation is performed alternately with a time delay, which ensures a full start of the vibrators.
