The Burkert Type 8228 inductive conductometer is used in various industrial processes that require measurements in aggressive or concentrated media such as acids, alkalis or liquids with a high salt content and a large measuring range.Various applications are possible, such as control of cooling water (for example, for regulation of salting), industrial water treatment, as well as monitoring of cleaning media, for example, in SIP washing processes.The type 8228 device is available in two versions:- the first is a standard version with a G2" connection for installation in a type S020 fitting - the second is a CIP version with a 2" Clamp connection in accordance with ASME BPE (Clamp 1.5" on request).
