Shielded cable RE-2X(St)Yv-fl PiMf manufactured by TKD kabel (TKD cable)It is used as a cable for transmitting information, analog and digital signals in computer technology, measuring instruments and control technology. It is used in intrinsically safe installations of the first and second zones, group II. Laying is carried out in rooms with different humidity levels, as well as outside and for laying in the soil. RE-2X(St)Yv-fl PiMf is an instrument cable for connecting instrumentation and automation devices, metering sensors.

Number of conductive cores: up to 24; Core diameter: up to 1.3 mm2;

Conductor: copper, made of many wires.

Structure: made of seven wires, according to DIN VDE0295 category 2, corresponds to IEC 60228 category 2.

Insulation: XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene).

Vein marking: vein A is black, vein B is white, digitally marked.

Method of twisting: layer-by-layer twisting.

Screen: a pair in polyester foil (PiMf), the thickness of the auxiliary wire is 0.6 mm.

The overall screen is made of laminated aluminum foil, the thickness of the auxiliary wire is 0.5 mmVI (7 x 0.30 mm).

Outer shell material: PVC.

Rated voltage: 300 V.

The minimum bending radius is static: 7.5 x cable thickness.

Resistant to aggressive environments (acid, alkali, some types of technical oils), see the table for technical use.

Resistant to oils, according to ICEA S-82-552.

The outer shell provides high protection against mechanical damage.

It is protected from UV radiation, according to UL 1581 Sektion (section) 1200.

The cable sheath is difficult to ignite, according to IEC 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-3-24 (category C).
