Pressure reducing valve RP45S PN16 f/f carbon steel Tmax=200°C
description
ADCA RP45 single-seat direct-acting pressure reducing valve with bellows seal. It is suitable for reducing the pressure of water, steam, compressed air and other inert liquids and gases. It is used in engineering and technological systems of enterprises to maintain a constant outlet pressure regardless of changes in flow and inlet pressure.
THE PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
Pressure reduction is achieved by throttling the flow in the valve seat. The output pressure signal acting through the pulse tube acts on the diaphragm or piston, closing the valve. The spring opens the valve. The set value of the outlet pressure is determined by the degree of tightening of the spring.
BASIC PROPERTIES
The design uses a specially designed durable bellows to eliminate leaks along the rod and reduce friction when moving the rod. Replaceable actuator (diaphragm).

installation: on a horizontal pipeline; before the valve, it is mandatory to install a filter, a separator with condensate drainage
Among the main advantages of ADSA pressure reducing valves, it should be noted that a specially designed durable bellows is used in the design, which eliminates leakage along the rod and reduces friction when moving the rod. There is also a replaceable diaphragm (drive). The installation of pressure reducing valves (pressure regulators "after themselves") is carried out on a horizontal pipeline, in addition, before the ADCA valve, it is mandatory to install a filter and a separator with condensate drainage.
