The NLR valve is a single-seat proportional pneumatic control valve designed for flow control in the pharmaceutical, dairy and food industries, as well as in the beverage industry and in the fine chemicals industry.
The valve is widely used to control pressure, flow, liquid level in a container, etc.
The principle of operation
The position sensor instantly monitors the position of the drive and holds it in the position determined by the operator (PD function) or the process parameter (PID).
The working position can be programmed:
- By means of a standard signal sent, for example, by a sensor. 4...20mA or from 0 to 10V.
- By means of a regulator built into the positioner.
