As a rule, they are installed on tower, bridge and gantry cranes of various sizes. Electric motors of this series are also popular in construction due to the ability to constantly operate in "torn modes" (repeatedly short-term with frequent starts, reversals, electric braking), while providing a high starting torque with minimal current.
