Conductix crane and elevator cables-Wampfler TRA-RF

The Conductix-Wampfler TRA-RF low-voltage power cable has a flexible design and is designed to operate in superheavy mechanical conditions in continuous operation, for vertical and horizontal movements. It is suitable for use with motorized drums, provides power for various mobile installations and machines, for example for port cranes, spreaders.

A particularly durable cable structure is formed by exceptional quality materials, a two-layer outer coating, reinforcing elements (braid at the boundary of the separation of layers, central cord). It does not contain halogens.

• Configuration: flexible Class 5 (IEC 60228);
• Marking of veins: black with white numbering, green-yellow ground wire;
• Twisting of veins: layered, reinforced elastomer core with kevlar elements;
• Isolation: polypropylene;
• The inner shell: special compound based on polyurethane;
• Protective layer: textile braid against the effect of twisting;
• The outer shell: double shell based on polyurethane, yellow color;
• Maximum operating speed (m/min): 200 (horizontal and vertical);
• Maximum tension (N/mm2): 30;
• Minimum bending radius: 6 x Cable diameter (winding), 4 x Cable diameter (anti-tension mode), 9 x Cable diameter (with guide, pulley is not recommended);

Environmental requirements: outdoor and indoor use, resistant to UV radiation, ozone, oils, moisture, low flammability (IEC 60332-1).
