Crane and elevator cables of Prysmian Group BASKETHEAVYFLEX 3GRDGOU

Flexible Low Voltage Crane Cable Prysmian BASKETHEAVYFLEX designed for vertical stacking operations in baskets. Special developed materials with improved mechanical parameters, reinforced cores for additional reinforcement and support are used for the shells of conductive cores.

Operation both indoors and outdoors, wide temperature range, resistance to ultraviolet radiation, atmospheric moisture and oils. Versions with optical fibers or shielding shells on request.

• Section of the vein: 2.2, 3.3 mm2;
• Core diameter: 2.0, 2.6 mm;
• Conductor: tinned copper;
• Configuration: flexible Class 5 (IEC 60228);
• Marking of veins: black with white numbering, yellow-green ground wire;
• Twisting of veins: straight laying, arrangement of 6 cores, interlayer with tapes, central support element made of aramid fibers;
• Isolation: special compound based on ethylene propylene rubber, an improved analogue of 3GI3;
• The outer shell: special CSP connection, black color;
• Maximum operating speed (m/min): 160;
• Maximum mechanical load (tension): 4000 N;
• The maximum permissible temperature for the conductor: +90 °C;
• The temperature is stationary: -40 °C ... +80 °C;
• Temperature is movable: -25 °C ... +80 °C;

Environmental requirements: Unlimited outdoor and indoor use, resistant to UV radiation, oils and moisture.
