Features of operation:
- rubber-sheathed cables, particularly flexible, weather-resistant;
- for outdoor use;
- with a load-bearing core;
- also for use in towed cable chains and cable trolleys.
Applications of the OLFLEX CRANE cable:
- for extreme operating conditions, resistant to atmospheric influences;
- particularly flexible due to high-class flexibility cores;
- cables with a maximum number of cores up to 24 can be used for laying in towed cable circuits.
Examples of OLFLEX CRANE cable applications:
- cargo lifting mechanisms, construction machinery, shipyard equipment;
- designed for use in all machines and equipment that are constantly exposed to harsh weather conditions;
- for applications in special conditions, for example in industrial or seawater.
OLFLEX CRANE cable design:
- veins of thin copper wires;
- insulation of the cores is a rubber compound;
- special load-bearing core to protect the cable from tensile forces;
- outer shell made of Typ EM2 rubber.
Characteristics of the OLFLEX CRANE cable:
- the cable is designed for mounting on a rolling trolley with a tensile force
- cables are not intended for forced winding on drums, rewinding through rollers under load;
- the necessary flexibility of the veins should not be disrupted by gripping;
- do not support combustion according to IEC 60332-1-2 gorenje;
Technical specifications:
