Bottom mixers with increased cutting The ME-6100 series is a highly hygienic process solution dispersion,emulsification, homogenization and disintegration solid particles in the processes of the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical industries, as well as the fine chemicals industry.
These mixers are used in both open and closed containers at atmospheric pressure or under pressure/vacuum.
Bottom mixers together with anchor type agitators are designed to work with high-viscosity products.
The principle of operation
The high speed and adjusted tolerances between the rotor and the stator contribute to a high suction potential.
The product is sucked into the upper part of the head and directed to its center. Then the product is radially ejected by the rotor at a speed of 20 m/s. Hydraulic cutting occurs when the product leaves the stator through the holes.
