They interfered with the anchor type
Anchor type agitators are mainly designed for mixing products with high viscosity and non-Newtonian liquids, i.e. liquids that do not have a certain viscosity value, since it depends on temperature. These agitators can be installed in tanks with a convex or conical bottom. Below is information about the types of anchor agitators that INOXPA offers.
Option 01: U-shaped anchor stirrer
Option 02: Anchor agitator with radial flow reflector
Option 03: U-shaped anchor stirrer with blade
Option 04: Belt anchor agitator
Option 05: Loop type anchor agitator
Option 06: Loop type belt anchor agitator
Propeller agitators
Propeller agitators can be used in suspension, dispersion and homogenization processes for products with low viscosity, in cases where it is necessary to work at medium and high speeds. These agitators can be installed in tanks with a convex or conical bottom. Propeller agitators create axial flow and are optimally suited for suspensions or solutions of solids in liquids, as they prevent solid particles from settling to the bottom of the tank. In addition, they are used for mixing liquids. Depending on the type of application, it is possible to install deflectors or flow reflectors in the tank. All propeller agitators can be supplemented with anchor type agitators.

Paddle type agitators
Paddle type agitators can be used in the processes of suspension, dispersion and homogenization for products with low and medium viscosity. These agitators can be installed in tanks with a convex or conical bottom. The mixing speed is low to moderate, and the peripheral speed is from 2 to 7 m/s. Paddle-type agitators create axial flow and are optimally suited for suspending or dissolving solids in liquids, as they prevent solid particles from settling to the bottom of the tank. In addition, they are used for mixing liquids. Depending on the type of application, it is possible to install deflectors or flow reflectors in the tank.

Turbine type agitators
Turbine agitators can be used in emulsification and dispersion processes where it is necessary to work at high speed. They provide high mixing efficiency in a wide range of viscosity grades. These agitators can be installed in tanks with a convex or conical bottom. If the agitator is installed in the center of the tank, depending on the product, it may be necessary to install a flow reflector to ensure the best quality of the mixture. If the agitator is shifted relative to the center, this is not necessary.
