The principle of operation
Compact horizontal blender It consists of a centrifugal pump with a venturi suction system and a funnel with a disc gate for adjusting the supply of dry ingredients. In this design, the suction system and venturi are placed horizontally. To completely dissolve possible clots, a flow mixer can be installed after the centrifugal pump.
A vacuum is created at the base of the funnel, the dry substance is sucked in and, passing through the pump body, dissolves. For the best result, it is recommended to recycle the product (batch production) for some time after the complete introduction of the dry substance. In some cases, the blender can be used for in-line production, it all depends on the type of additive and the degree of dissolution.
