The supplied check valves are spring-disc valves and are designed to automatically block the return flow in the system. They are used in water supply and heating pipelines and are designed for ambient temperatures from -20 to +150 ° C.
All the main elements of these valves are made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, including:
- body;
- disk;
- ring stopper and retainer;
- spring and exhaust pipe.
The sealing ring is combined and made of stainless steel and Viton, which ensures not only tightness, but also reliability and durability. The disc is opened at a minimum pressure of 0.025 bar.
Such valves are quite compact and weigh from 94 grams (model 2440-02 by ¼”) up to 3,415 kg (modification 2440-12 by 4”). The product is equipped with a practical threaded connection (DIN 2999) for connection to the system, and the device itself is capable of withstanding pressure up to 16 bar.
