MVE 2500/15D pad vibrator
Pad vibrators (surface vibrators) are an asynchronous electric motor with a short-circuited rotor, with unbalances mounted at the ends of the shaft. The design of the vibrator ensures vibration resistance of the stator winding and mechanical strength of the rotor shaft, bearing assembly and housing parts. The stator of the electric motor is built into an aluminum or cast iron cast housing with a terminal box and reinforced mounting elements to the vibration mechanism.
The rotor shaft is supported by bearings. The unbalanced adjustable nodes are covered with protective covers. A terminal panel is installed in the terminal box to connect the stator terminals to the current supply cable. The control of the driving force and the amplitude of the oscillations is carried out by changing the relative position of the imbalances.
