The Zenit GRI 200/2/G50H A0CT5 submersible fecal pump finds a wide range of applications in industry, animal husbandry, agriculture, sewage systems, etc.
The model is an electromechanical complex in a cast-iron housing with a submersible cast-iron impeller of a multichannel open type with a grinding system at the inlet. The chopping device consists of a triangular-shaped knife and a plate with sharpened holes. Thanks to this system, the fibrous inclusions are crushed, the passage of contaminated liquids is ensured without the risk of jamming the impeller.
The pump has a 2” (50 mm) horizontal threaded nozzle and a convenient handle. Two mechanical seals made of silicon carbide are installed inside.
The pump is installed on the ground on a built-in cast iron support. The maximum diving depth is 20 meters.
The pump capacity ranges from 3.6 to 24.6 m3/h (60 - 410 l/min), head up to 23.4 m of water. At the same time, the optimal operating point is 18 m3/h (300 l/min) at a pressure of 10.8 m of water.
The pump is powered by a three-phase dry type motor with a power of 1.7 kW, 2900 rpm, 380 V/50 Hz, IP 68. The engine is designed for 30 starts per hour, equipped with a protective relay.
