P Series Pneumatic Permanent Impact Vibrators The pneumatic permanent impact vibrators of the P series create a shock wave generated by continuous impacts of the internal piston on a metal base welded to the wall of a hopper or silo. They are especially effective for handling loose materials that can stick to walls. Typically, vibrators of the Risp series are used for hygroscopic and electrostatic powder materials such as clay or plastic, as well as for silt and manure. The robust design allows the use of the P series vibrators both indoors and outdoors, as well as at high temperatures up to 200 °C. The P models are mounted on a mounting plate (not included), which must be welded to the wall of a hopper or silo. It is recommended to attach a safety chain to the vibrator to prevent accidental falls during installation or maintenance.
