High-frequency pad vibrators Brecon They operate at a speed of 6000 rpm for standard applications up to 12000 rpm for concrete compaction. Vibrators act on the building mix through the formwork components. Concrete under the influence of vibrations with a frequency of 4500-6000 rpm shows the best characteristics of compaction uniformity. Acting on the top layer, the vibrator design seals the monolith.
Eccentric weights are installed at both ends of the vibrator, creating vibrations. The frequency-controlled drive allows you to optimally select the frequency, so that the concrete solidification time is reduced and the sealing quality is increased.
