High Frequency Electric Pad Vibrators Netter Vibration series NEG /NEH they were specially designed for vibration compaction of concrete in formwork and tunnels. It is based on three–phase AC motors with eccentric loads at the ends of the shaft. The robust construction and speeds of up to 6000 rpm allow the use of vibrators in the construction industry.
The vibrators are made of stainless steel with a particularly smooth surface. The lack of maintenance requirements allows the equipment to be used in the harshest environmental conditions. Covers made of steel, protection against dust and moisture corresponds to the degree of IP 66. Power supply 42 V or 250 V, 200 Hz.
The NEG series differs from the NEH series in the mounting method: NEG vibrators are installed using NBS Netter mounting kits, and NEH vibrators are mounted with a quick-release mount.
