On-site electric vibrators NetterVibration series NEG S They are designed for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries as drives for conveyors and gutters, to prevent sticking and blockages. Better coverage is available on request, for example, for the food industry. Electric vibrators are three-phase asynchronous motors with eccentric loads at both ends, creating vibrations with a frequency corresponding to the speed.
The vibrators are made of stainless steel with a particularly smooth surface, resistant to aggressive chemical environmental conditions. The lack of maintenance requirements allows the equipment to be used in the harshest environmental conditions. Rolling bearings provide a guarantee of safety. The terminal box is built into the housing, the covers are made of steel, the protection against dust and moisture corresponds to the degree of IP 66, insulation class F. Power supply 230/400 V or 230 V AC at 50/60 Hz.
