Industrial Vibrators Series BM from the company OMB They are three-phase electric motors with installed eccentric loads at both ends of the shaft, due to the rotation of which circular vibrations are created. The intensity of the impact is adjusted from zero to the maximum level by changing the weight ratio, the model range consists of 2-, 4-, 6-, 8- and 10-pole versions of the execution. They are suitable for continuous operation with full efficiency, for operation as part of a frequency-controlled drive.

Vibration motors of this series are reliably protected from splashes and dust entering the machine. The structure has high mechanical strength, the body is made of cast iron or aluminum (for small sizes), reinforced support units, a hardened shaft made of NiCrMo alloy steel. PTC type thermistors are built-in to protect against overheating. On request, the equipment can be changed and supplemented with stainless steel covers, anti-condensation heating elements, and a special mounting design.

The entire model range can be modified into a version BM-A for use in explosive atmospheres according to Atex for zones 2 (gas) or 22 (dust).

  • Insulation class: F (on request H);
  • Operating temperature range: -20 … +40 °C.
