Industrial Vibrators Series BM-Coupled from the company OMB They are a design of two connected three-phase vibration motors of the BM line with installed eccentric weights at both ends of the shafts to generate circular vibrations. The intensity of the impact is adjusted from zero to the maximum level by changing the weight ratio. They are suitable for continuous operation with full efficiency, for operation as part of a frequency-controlled drive. The model range consists of 4-, 6- and 8-pole versions, on request, it can be used to build a pair and all other standard sizes from the BM series.
Vibration motors of this series are reliably protected from splashes and dust entering the machine. The structure has high mechanical strength, the body is made of cast iron or aluminum (for small sizes), reinforced support units, a hardened shaft made of NiCrMo alloy steel. The practical connection has a flexible configuration and provides easy access to the loads to adjust the operating parameters. PTC type thermistors are built in to protect against overheating. On request, the complete set can be changed and supplemented with stainless steel covers, anti-condensation heating elements, and a special mounting design.
