The IV-106 site vibrator is a device widely used on construction sites in works related to compaction of soil and concrete mortars. This model of vibration equipment is characterized by reliability, efficient and economical operation. The machine consumes no more than 1.07 kW/hour of electricity, the oscillation frequency is 1500 /minute. The lightweight aluminum body provides a relatively light weight of the device – 50 kilograms, and cast-iron plates and casings prevent debris, moisture and dust from entering the machine.
The principle of operation
The IV-106 vibrator is attached by means of metal legs to various types of surfaces – containers with dry bulk substances, vibrating tables and vibrating screens. Frequency fluctuations are created due to a three-phase electric motor with a short-circuited rotor equipped with paired imbalances. The devices operate from a 380 Watt power supply.
