General purpose electromechanical vibrator with circular vibrations IV-20-50It is intended for vibration excitation in installations for compaction of concrete mixtures and soils, transportation, unloading and sieving of bulk materials, drive of vibration feeders, vibration pads and other technological works, including for mini brick block installations.
The vibrator is a three-phase asynchronous electric motor with a short-circuited rotor with unbalances mounted at the ends of the rotor shaft. The unbalances, rotating with the rotor shaft, create a driving force.
To regulate the magnitude of the driving force of the vibrator, the unbalances at both ends of the shaft are double. The adjustment is carried out by changing the angle between the movable and fixed unbalances at both ends of the shaft.
The IV-20-50 vibrator is an analog of the manufactured IV-107A-1.5 vibrator, unlike which the new model takes into account all the disadvantages of the IV-107A-1.5 vibrator.
