The full-bore ball valve with ISO flange is designed to block the flow of working fluid manually or automatically in pipelines of various types. This valve consists of a housing and a spherical locking element (stainless steel), seat and stem seals (PTFE+15% G.F.), and an O-ring (Viton), and also includes a locking system.
A full-bore ball valve can be mounted on heating and water supply pipelines, as well as as part of food processing equipment. The fittings are installed using a threaded connection in a vertical or horizontal position. If necessary, the product can be equipped with an electric or pneumatic actuator.
The ball valve is available in an extended range of nominal diameters. This device can be used at ambient temperatures from -25 °C to 180 °C and a maximum pressure of 63 bar.
