A large family of load-limiting safety couplings Mayr EAS-Standard It covers a wide range of possible applications and offers the consumer a variety of design solutions within a single line. These are time-tested quality and functionality, they have been used in various industries for almost half a century and have earned a reputation as reliable and effective elements forming a system for ensuring the safety of operation of drive equipment.
The catalog is presented ratchet, synchronous couplings, couplings with geometric closure mechanisms and with built-in monitoring sensors. Within each subgroup there are different versions of the design, in particular:
- with a flange for attachment of drive elements (gears, pulleys, sprockets, etc.)
- with an integrated bearing with a short and elongated sleeve variation
- with elastomeric coupling for mounting two shafts, effective offset compensation
- with increased torsional rigidity
- with a forced working principle
