The safety valve model 642.
The valve is made of bronze, without plastic parts, well suited for hot water and steam. The temperature range is from -50°C to +200°C. The setting pressure is from 0.5 to 16 bar in 0.1 bar increments. The valve is equipped with a membrane that isolates its spring part from the working medium and thereby protects it from the effects of scale, sediment, and contamination.
So far, valves with diameters DN 15-25 have been launched into the series. Large diameters of DN 32 - 50 are being prepared for mass production. But in terms of throughput, the GOETZE safety valve model 642 with DN 25 (at a pressure of 6 bar: steam 518 kg/h, water 11.3 m3/h, heat output 299 kW) can often replace valves from other manufacturers with DN 32 and even DN 40.
The manufacturer controls 100% of the valves manufactured at the factory in Germany according to the full cycle: actuation, full opening, closing.
