Frequency converter Unidirve M300 – industrial Control Techniques AC electric drive conforming to functional safety standards. In accordance with the requirements of compliance with the SIL3 safety and reliability class, the Unidrive M300 electric drive additionally has digital safe torque cut-off inputs (2 x STO Input).
The asynchronous motor control mode in the Unidrive M300 drive is implemented using a high-precision rotor flow control algorithm (Rotor Flux Control /RFC). The application of the RFC algorithm provides high stability of control of an asynchronous electric motor in open-loop mode, which significantly expanded the overload characteristics of the electric drive for heavy duty.
Undidrive M300 converters can be used to modernize existing technological equipment, which is subject to increased industrial safety requirements.
The Unidrive M300 electric drives are configured using the Unidrive M Connect software, the use of which makes it possible to simplify and optimize the commissioning process. The software also allows you to configure Unidrive M300 drives using existing parameter files and settings previously installed and in need of replacement of Commander SK electric drives.
Applications of Unidrive M300 frequency converters conveyor systems, weaving machines, metal cutting machines, woodworking equipment, equipment with increased safety and personnel protection requirements.

- U/f (volt-frequency) control /scalar control of an asynchronous electric motor;
- vector control in an open loop by an asynchronous electric motor;
- vector control in an open loop using the RFC algorithm.

- 2 analog inputs + 1 analog output;
- 4 digital inputs + 1 digital input/output;
- 1 drive emergency shutdown input;
- 1 built-in relay for current 2A AC 240 V;
- 2 Safe torque cut-off (STO) inputs: ensure easy compliance with the SIL3 reliability class.

Parameterization and parameter display modules:
- AI-Back-up Adapter: allows you to use an SD card to copy the parameters of the electric drive, and is also a +24 V backup power input;
