Frequency converter Lenze 8200 Vector It is designed for installation in a switch cabinet and combines optimal power with high drive characteristics into one universal multifunctional system. The 8200 Vector frequency converters (IP20 protection class) are programmed in the same way regardless of power and contain the same external functional modules.
The unified series of these vector-controlled frequency controllers includes everything that may be required for communication, control, monitoring and safe operation. This series is characterized by high overload capacity, high torque over the entire speed range, high functionality, ease of parameterization, fast commissioning and maintainability, and the modular design makes it easy to configure the Lenze frequency converter for your production automation tasks. For ease of use, the 8200 Vector series has modifications powered by both single–phase and three-phase 45 - 65 Hz mains.
The 8200 vector frequency converter is a set of universal devices. The 8200 vector electric drive combines optimal power with high driving qualities into one universal system. The range of converters allows you to solve individual drive tasks – at a reasonable price.
They are available in three types of structural design:
«Built-in unit» for installation in a cabinet, the degree of protection is IP20 (standard version).
«Cold plate» The wall of the cabinet is used as a radiator, for applications in conditions of high pollution, if the degree of protection of the cabinet is IP65 or higher, etc. (supplied on "order").
«push-through technology» The Lenze 8200 converter is mounted in the control cabinet in such a way that the radiator of the inverter is located outside, which eliminates the release of heat inside the cabinet (supplied on "order").
Typical application: machine tools, lifting mechanisms, extruders, screw dispensers.
