Lenze 9300 Servo Register Control – a highly efficient AC electric drive for controlling electric motors within the power range from 0.37 to 75 kW. The 9300 Register Control modification is designed specifically to work with material length parameters. For example, the processes of printing, incision, perforation, embossing and other fixed markings must be clearly marked with a given step. In production conditions, fluctuations are observed depending on the properties of raw materials and products, due to which deviations from the required parameters are possible. It is also necessary to observe a high level of accuracy of each cycle of movement of the mechanical part when performing a production operation.
This modification has a wide range of registers and is capable of constantly adjusting the angular settings of feed rollers, cutters, printing plants and other cylindrical processing devices, ensuring the precise application of various production actions.
