Series servos MELSERVO-J4 (MR-J4) from the company Mitsubishi Electric This is the latest line of amplifiers for controlling AC electric motors and covering a range of capacities from 0.1 to 22 kW (mains supply 100, 200 and 400 V, 1 or 3 phases). Support for encoders with extra high resolution up to 4,000,000 pulses per revolution and a frequency of 2.5 kHz. Compact design, improved and expanded capabilities of the inverter automatic tuning system according to the specifications of the motor, an effective vibration suppression system and resonant frequencies in the operation of the drive, ensuring safe operation.
This category of servos is divided into five subgroups of series:
MR-J4-A (RJ) - general purpose with analog and pulse interface, as well as RS-422;
MR-J4-B-RJ010 + MR-J3-T10 - CC-Link IE interface (motion)
MR-J4-B - SSCNET III/H interface;
MR-J4W2-B - two-axis SSCNET III/H interface;
MR-J4W3-B - Three-axis SSCNET III/H interface.
The corresponding servo motors have been developed for this series: rotary HG-KR, HG-MR, and HG-SR, as well as linear models LM-H3, LM-U2, LM-F and LM-K2. To simplify the configuration, special software is used, easy operation of parameters using the MR-Configurator.
