AC electric drives Omron series MX2 designed to work with asynchronous and synchronous electric motors of low and medium power. To control the speed, these converters use sensorless scalar and vector control methods. A rich selection of built-in functions and algorithms for fine-tuning and debugging of the production process ensure the freedom and convenience of interaction between the components of the mechatronic system. Direct (from the front panel) and remote (via PC) programming and data monitoring are provided.
Two operating modes, depending on the degree of load, the starting torque values reach 200% of the nominal values at a frequency of only 0.5 Hz. The model range is made in three types of mains voltage, variations with an increased degree of protection from water and dust are available. An air medium is used for cooling, for small sizes by natural heat exchange with the environment, for drives over 2 kW with forced controlled blowing.
