AC electric drives Omron series SX-AFE in the cabinet version, they are characterized by a low level of harmonic distortion and the possibility of recovering braking energy back into the power supply circuit, the ratings of the supply network are 400 and 690 V. These compact and high-quality converters have three control modes: volt-frequency control, vector control without feedback and using data from shaft motion sensors.
Reliability and safety of operation in accordance with international standards. Various algorithms, functions and tools for logical programming are built in for the convenience of implementing tasks of a wide range of production profiles and easy adaptation to individual characteristics of operating modes. There are several popular industrial communication interfaces to choose from, and a large selection of optional expansion boards. The work can be carried out both directly and remotely using a PC.
To cool the drive, a liquid heat removal system is used for all standard sizes, all models are equipped with an integrated EMC filter (class C3), and from 200 kW they also have built-in fuses. The case has a closed design with a high degree of protection against dust and moisture.
