Compact series of AC drives PowerFlex 523 from the company Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) It is designed to control asynchronous electric motors with a capacity of up to 22 kW. Two methods of regulating speed parameters without the need for feedback sensors and the function of stopping the motor in a given position are implemented, and there is also an algorithm for energy-saving operation mode to save consumed resources.
Easy to install and put into operation. For ease of interaction, the drives can be equipped with a graphical interface for both integrated and remote mounting. A rich arsenal of software products for configuring and maintaining production processes is provided. Data is exchanged via a USB port, and modules for network connections are available.
Practical modular design, the model range has five overall offers, four types of network power characteristics, two types of operation modes with periodic load. A wide range of optional blocks to obtain the optimal variant of the technological equipment of the drive. They are capable of operating at ambient temperatures from -20 to 50 °C (up to 70 °C with additional preparation).
