A series of decentralized drives VACON 100 X it is clad in a durable and reliably protected from moisture and dust sealed metal body (casting), anti-corrosion coating, ribs for more intensive heat dissipation. They are suitable for outdoor use and can be regularly rinsed from contamination with water under pressure, they are able to withstand vibration effects up to 3g. The upper limit of permissible operating temperatures is 60 °C (with a decrease in power indicators).
This type of converter can be easily and quickly installed directly on the engine itself, regardless of its brand, or localized nearby in any accessible place. This layout saves the cost of wiring and organizing the operation of systems with numerous components. Installation can be carried out in four positions.
A wide range of useful functionality for managing and configuring work, built-in PLC, support for a large number of industrial networks. Suitable for asynchronous and synchronous machines, optional extensions are available. A remote control with a convenient display for displaying information can be installed on the front part, and a set of software tools is provided for working on a PC.
