Series SieiDrive TPD32 Thyristor electric drives from the company GEFRAN This is a high-tech line of digital DC electric drives with a wide range of nominal values. They are designed to equip modern industrial automation systems for production operations and meet the most stringent requirements for reliability and safety in operation.
A wide range of built-in functions, including auto-parameterization, quick start, various user-programmable modules and other tools that allow you to configure the engine operation as accurately and easily as possible, the models use a two-quadrant or four-quadrant control system.

- Voltage 500 V: 3 phases 230 - 400 V, two-quadrant or four-quadrant mode, current 20 - 3300 A;
- Voltage 690 V: 3 phases 230 - 690 V, two-quadrant or four-quadrant mode, current 1010 - 3300 A;
- Single-phase power supply: 230 - 460 V (50 Hz);
- Speed control via reverse communication via tachogenerator and/or encoder (sinusoidal or digital);
- Digital input/output algorithm control (PNP, NPN);
- Built-in excitation controller for the entire range;
- Industrial interface: RS485 (Modbus RTU protocol);
- Support for industrial networks: ProfibusDP, DeviceNet, CANopen, Interbus-S;
- Operating temperature range: 0 - 40 °C, above with power reduction (up to 55 °C);
- Protection class IP00, IP20;
- Built-in functions: quick start, auto-tuning, programming of multi-ramps, linear and S-shaped, 7 presets for multi-speeds, separate speed level adjustment for each direction of rotation, software overload control, reverse, setting current limits for the appropriate speed, PID lock, smooth acceleration, restart on the go, step-down function and others.
Configuration of inputs/outputs of the Gefran TPD32 electric drive
- 3 analog inputs ± 10 V (0..4-20 mA);
- 2 analog outputs (± 10 V);
- 8 digital inputs (4 pre-configured + programmable);
- 4 fiber-optic digital outputs;
- 2 inputs for working with encoders (digital, sinusoidal);
- input for connecting the tachogenerator;
- 2 relay outputs;
- input for the motor thermistor.
