Industrial hydraulic motors of the series MV, MVSI, MVA from the company Hydro Leduc designed to work in open and closed loop drive systems. The design includes nine piston mechanisms to ensure high torque at startup and reduce pulsation at low RPM. High feed power in a very compact and practical design, low noise and long-lasting use.
Installation in any mounting position, the flange mounting is made in accordance with DIN standards, the solid shaft has a slot connection (DIN or SAE standard). High-quality seals made of Viton fluoride elastomers (FKM) are used, other options are available on request. The orientation of the rotation depends on the direction of flow. Mineral hydraulic fluid is used as the working medium. Additionally, they can be equipped with speed sensors (induction) to control the speed and direction of rotation, and it is also possible to install a flushing valve.
There are three ways to control the working volume:
HPA - automatic adjustment depending on the set value of the system pressure (from 80 to 350 bar)
H2N - two-speed hydraulic adjustment, control pressure is adjusted using a screw (5 - 25 bar), speed increase Vmin to Vmax (reverse stroke on request)
E2N - two-speed adjustment by applying an electric current from the outside (coil voltage 24 V, on request 12 V), after activation, the speed increases Vmin to Vmax (reverse on request)
