Gearboxes for extruders from Knoedler series FZ Designed to meet the highest requirements and specialization features to achieve maximum compatibility and performance. The entire model range has a modular design, all possible configurations for engine docking are available, a wide range of standard sizes and necessary parameters. The finely tuned stages of the 3-stage gearbox transform the operation of high-speed motors to the necessary needs of the extrusion production process. Knoedler gearboxes are safe and durable in operation (over 25,000 hours).
For ease and simplicity of installation, the series is characterized by universal mounting capabilities. For reliable operation, there are tools for monitoring equipment, monitoring oil temperature and actual speed.
In addition to the standard design, the cooling system is represented by the following additional configuration options: a copper coil located in an oil sump; a plate cooler with a pump feed, driven by the second end of the input shaft, a very economical and efficient method.
