Series Knoedler FZ industrial gearboxes (cylindrical) and KS (conical) These are cutting-edge devices with torque ranges from 200 to 200,000 Nm, various design variations, and a wide range of applications in many manufacturing industries. The modular structure allows you to choose different types of connections with a hollow, standard shaft or coupling, and a variety of flanges compatible with standard engine models are also available.
The gearboxes have a robust housing with internal ribs, a rigid and noise-absorbing design. The cylindrical gears are clearly molded from hardened metal, carefully processed for smooth operation. A sophisticated cooling and control system ensures a long service life. Number of gears: for cylindrical gearboxes of 1-4 stages, for conical gearboxes of 2-4 stages. They are installed on asynchronous three-phase DC and AC motors.
There are three versions depending on the type cooling: standard, without additional devices; with a cooling coil, which is located in the oil crankcase of the gearbox and is supplied with cold water; with circulating cooling, represented by a pump-fed cooler, driven by the second end of the input shaft.
There are also developed specialized versions of gearboxes: for agitators, explosion-proof, for cold rolling, modifications VG-FZ, VG-KS, VG 2-450, KS-G, FZ-SG, combined versions with manual gears and others.
The gearboxes are filled with lubricants in the factory installation and are designed for 8000 hours of service under normal operating conditions, followed by scheduled oil replacement according to the attached manual.
