Application

• For specified values from 0.2 bar to 20 bar with valves G ½ to G1 P25 for non-flammable gases
• up to 80 °C, liquids up to 150 °C and steam up to 200 °C.

Pressure reducing valve Type 44-0 V, 44-1 V: valve it closes when the pressure behind the valve increases.

Bypass valve Type 44-6 V: the valve opens when the pressure in front of the valve increases.

The regulators consist of a valve and a bellows actuator and a setter.

Constructions

• Pressure regulator with actuator for preset pressure ranges values up to 1; 4; 6 or 10 bar and a setting valve with internal thread G 1/2, G 3/4 or G 1.
• Pressure reducing valve type 44-1 V (Fig. 1) setting valve Ru 25 for liquid media up to 150 °C and gaseous media up to 80 °C, with pressure relief.
• Pressure reducing valve type 44-0 B (fig. 1) setting valve Ru 25 for steam up to 200 °C, with pressure relief.
• Bypass valve type 44-6 V setting valve with RU 25 for liquids up to 150 °C, gases up to 80 °C and steam up to 200 °C, with pressure relief.
