SLRT Cam Pump

The SLRT cam pump is a sanitary pump. This cam pump is designed for pumping food products from tankers. The pump is ready for operation with a hydraulic drive. The advantage of the pump is its compact design with low weight and interchangeable connections, which greatly facilitates its installation on a tanker truck.

The SLRT cam pump is designed for gentle pumping of delicate products with or without inclusions.

The principle of operation

The basis cam pump The SLRT consists of two cam rotors rotating synchronously, without touching each other, in the pump housing.
During the rotation of the rotors, the space between them and the housing is sequentially filled with a pumped medium, which moves to the pressure nozzle in a certain volume. Due to the tolerances between the rotors and the housing, the process of pumping the medium proceeds continuously, ensuring its efficiency.

Design and characteristics

Body cam pump and the cams are made of stainless steel. The pump is distinguished by the hygienic design of the connection of the cams and the mechanical seal. The pump shaft is hollow SAE 6B 1. The pump is easy to maintain.
