The coaxial gear motors of the KEB ZG series have cylindrical bevel gears in two- and three-stage configurations, a wide range of power and speed parameters to cover capacities up to 18.5 kW. The advantage of this type of coupling of mechanical elements is a higher smoothness and resistance to loads, as well as low noise during operation and more compact dimensions compared to conventional straight-tooth gears.
The range of models consists of ten dimensional variations, each of which is available in three types of design: foot mounting, flange connection and their joint use. There are only six mounting positions for optimal positioning of the drive unit. Motorized versions can include asynchronous electric motors of classes IE2, IE3.
Optionally, it is possible to equip the gear motor with a spring or electromagnetic brake, forced ventilation systems, feedback sensors, temperature sensors, special coatings, individual requirements are available on request.
