Industrial Turbine Pneumatic Vibrators series OT from the company Berger Maschinenbau designed to work with the movement of production materials, in particular for unloading bunkers, organizing movement along guides of various types, obstacles sticking to the walls of tanks, sealing mixtures, sieving, etc. Certified according to ATEX for operation in explosive zone 21 (II 2D c T95°C/135°C/200°C/210°C) and zone 1 (II 2G c T5/T4/T3/T2).
High-frequency vibration drives, circular vibrations are created by rotating an unbalanced turbine on two ball bearings when compressed air is supplied. The rotation speed and amplitude are easily adjustable by the pressure level, and there is a 3/2-way control valve. Suitable for continuous use at full load, long service life without the need for lubrication.
