Bonfiglioli angle reducers series rulers HDO they set new heights of the quality standard in this category of gears, providing high torque values in a close arithmetic progression of gear ratios (an increase of 12%). Fourteen dimensions in two-, three- or four-stage versions for optimal selection of the appropriate model and a range of performance characteristics. The standard sizes from 71 to 125 are characterized by a monoblock design, which provides high rigidity, the material is cast iron with spheroidal graphite inclusions. Dimensions from 130 to 180 are also made of high-strength cast iron or electro-welded steel frame, horizontal components for easy and convenient maintenance. The gears undergo careful thermal and mechanical treatment for the most reliable and efficient operation of the unit, they are also made of hardened alloy steel as well as the input/output shafts.
Various configurations of input and output shafts, roller tapered bearings are available to choose from to ensure resistance to increased loads. A wide range of accessories and optional features, in particular cooling or heating systems, forced lubricants, reverse gear, various seals, control sensors, mounting elements and more.
