A series of parallel gearboxes SCXT Torque-Arm It is a specialized version of gears for screw conveyors with a fully adapted interface for easy and simple integration into the drive. Thanks to their heavy-duty system of seals and support units made of antifriction materials, especially durable block design, they are able to work in the most severe conditions with the longest possible service life.

The body consists of two parts and is made of gray cast iron of the SCH30 brand, anti-corrosion alloy, rigid construction. All gears are precision machined and have carbonized contact surfaces to eliminate wear and improve the thermal and noise characteristics of the gearbox. Tapered roller bearings are mounted on the low-speed shaft to effectively counteract the axial loads typical for this type of application.

There are a total of 8 standard sizes in the series for an optimal choice of power and overall characteristics, one- and two-stage configurations of cylindrical gears, 3 performance classes depending on operating modes. A wide range of accessories to ensure customization to the requirements of individual design solutions.
