A family of parallel gearboxes TXT Torque-Arm This is a time-tested standard of quality and reliability. Thanks to their heavy-duty system of seals and support units made of antifriction materials, especially durable block design, they are able to work in the most severe conditions with the longest possible service life. An ideal offer for use as part of drives of various types of conveyor systems (belt, bucket, screw), roller shutters, plate and vibration feeders, mixers (belt-screw), etc.
The body consists of two parts and is made of gray cast iron of the SCH30 brand, anti-corrosion alloy, rigid construction. All gears are precision machined and have carbonized contact surfaces to eliminate wear and improve the thermal and noise characteristics of the gearbox. The unit is mounted directly on the driven shaft, a very compact engineering solution for placement in a confined space.
There are a total of 14 standard sizes in the series for an optimal choice of power and overall characteristics, one- and two-stage configurations of cylindrical gears, 3 performance classes depending on operating modes. In combination with V-belts, it is possible to increase the reduction number up to 210 times. A wide range of accessories to ensure easy integration into a wide range of production applications with different operating conditions.
