KEB Flat Gear motors series F They have cylindrical gears in two- and three-stage configurations with parallel orientation of the axes of the driven and drive shafts, very compact dimensions for practical placement. A wide range of reduction coefficients, excellent power characteristics of supplying mechanical energy to driven equipment with an orthogonal direction, efficiency up to 96%, high torque values, overload resistance and low backlash.
The model range is divided into seven standard sizes, nine types of design are available: mounting on a driven shaft through a hollow shaft with a keyway (with and without mounting holes) or through a coupling (with rubber supplies), a flange connection with a solid shaft, a hollow shaft with a keyway or a coupling disc, as well as in combinations with an end mount. There are only six mounting positions for optimal positioning of the drive unit.
Gearboxes can be equipped with asynchronous electric motors of efficiency classes IE2, IE3. Optionally, it is possible to equip the gear motor with a spring or electromagnetic brake, forced ventilation systems, feedback sensors, temperature sensors, special coatings, individual requirements are available on request.
To increase the reduction multiplicity values, dual gearboxes are also available in combination with cylindrical gearboxes of the G0 - G3 model.
