Cylindrical gearboxes with parallel shafts families P from the company STM These are compact, high-tech, reliable and ready-to-use mechanical transmissions. The model range consisting of five overall dimensions is represented by two- and three-stage versions, a wide range of available operating parameters. An excellent solution in a limited workspace.
The monolithic body is made of cast aluminum (in sizes 63-71) or cast iron (in sizes 90-125) and, due to the absence of component parts, has high rigidity as opposed to high loads. The internal structure of the gearbox is designed in such a way as to optimize the circulation of lubricants, reduce noise and ensure the tightness of the structure.
There are three main configurations of gearboxes in this category
- PM - connecting flange for motor connection (IEC standard)
- PR - solid shaft at the entrance
- PC - series with built-in motor
The modularity of the connecting elements at the gearbox outlet makes it easy to dock with the driven equipment without unnecessary add-ons. The following possible output shaft options are offered: solid double, slotted, double slotted and double flanged, hollow with a keyway, with a quick-fix device or with a shrink disc.
