Tsubaki Gearboxes series HDR with a cylindrical energy transfer mechanism and parallel arrangement of the driving and driven axes, a wide range of models in two- and three-stage configurations are presented. These are high-power and extremely reliable units for various applications, especially for heavy industry, in particular for rubber extruders, container carriers, stacker cranes, silt scrapers, etc.
The housing for small dimensions 010 - 030 is made of gray cast iron or optionally with spherical graphite, models with dimensions over are made of especially durable ductile iron. Super-rigid structure reinforced with ribs, double sealing system, the method used for lubrication of bearings is an oil bath.
The model range consists of nine standard sizes for optimal selection of power characteristics. At the output there is a solid (including double) or hollow shaft, as well as a hollow shaft with a Power-Lock attachment. The gearbox can be installed both horizontally and vertically, several types of mounting positions are available.
